The dedication ceremony was opened with a prayer by Vice-Commander Mike Borkowski.
Creator God, as we gather beneath this open sky to raise our nation’s flag, we stand before You with hearts full of gratitude, reverence, and joy. Today, we dedicate a new community flag and flagpole. Lord, we seek Your blessings. May this flagpole stand straight and true, in memory of those countless individuals who sacrificed to protect and uphold the cherished values of our nation. May this flag soar proudly as the universal symbol of unity, justice, and freedom. We humbly place our nation under Your divine protection. May Your providence guard all who stand beneath our beautiful flag. Amen
Commander Randy Reinke performed the dedication.
In the name of Muskego American Legion Post 356, Department of Wisconsin, The American Legion, I dedicate these Colors. May they fly perpetually as the emblem of the cause for which we fought and which we now gladly serve. Here is the flag of our country, safe within its folds is the freedom and fealty of our nation.
I dedicate these colors to the purposes of our Post, Community. State and nation, and with them I dedicate this Post to the Faithful service of our nation, our people, and our flag. Comrades, you will join me in saluting the flag. Hand salute, Two
We also dedicate the wall and the walkway to the memory of those who fell in the service of our country. I dedicate it in the name of those who offered their lives so justice, freedom, and democracy might survive to be the victorious ideals of the peoples of the world. The lives of those who have made the supreme sacrifice are glorious before us their deeds are an inspiration. As they served America in time of war , yielding their last full measure of devotion, may we serve America in time of peace. I dedicate this monument to them, and with it I dedicate this post to the faithful service of our country and to the preservation of the memory of those who died that liberty might live.

The dedication commenced with a closing prayer.
Master of Might, thank You for this day, this opportunity to stand united. Dear God, we understand that this flag is Your gift to us as a Nation. We seek Your blessings on those who stand before You on this day and all who will honor this beloved symbol. Amen
