Our Mission

As members of the nation’s largest wartime veterans service organization, the Muskego American Legion Post 356 is committed to our foundation of the four pillars of the American Legion: Veterans Affairs & Rehabilitation, National Security, Americanism, and Children & Youth. These pillars support the ideas of promoting a better understanding of the principles of democracy; inculcating among all people a higher appreciation of the benefits and responsibilities of American citizenship; advocating patriotism and honor; promoting strong national security; mentoring youth and sponsorship of wholesome programs in our communities; and continued devotion to our fellow servicemembers, all veterans and their families.
